All information disclosed by the Company regarding its projects, scripts, production plans, schedules, budgets, creative materials, business strategies, and any other proprietary information (“Confidential Information”) shall be held in strict confidence. You agree not to disclose, distribute, reproduce, or discuss any Confidential Information with any third party without prior written consent from the Company. This obligation survives regardless of whether an engagement is offered or accepted.
No Obligation. Submission of this form does not constitute an offer of employment, a guarantee of engagement, or the formation of any contractual relationship. The Company reserves the sole right to evaluate, accept, or decline any submission at its discretion.
